Caitlin DiBlasi founded Trailhead Treatment Center with a clear vision: to create a family-style recovery environment where individuals struggling with substance use and mental health disorders could find real, lasting healing.
As a person in long-term recovery, Caitlin DiBlasi understands the challenges of addiction firsthand. That lived experience, combined with professional clinical training, drives everything we do at Trailhead — from our flexible scheduling to our intimate counselor-to-client ratio.
The name "Trailhead" represents the starting point of every recovery journey. Just as every trail begins with a single step, we believe every person can find their path to lasting wellness with the right support, clinical care, and community.
Our team combines evidence-based therapies — CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ACT — with holistic practices including yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Reiki. We offer sound therapy and nature-based grounding activities, ensuring every client finds a framework that resonates with them.
